The pill...(sorry!)

i Know I know, everyone's sick of these qns... but this is quick and simple really :)

I'm about to start taking the pill, it's the mini-pill so I've gotta take it at the same time (within 2-3hrs) every day and I'm wondering whether it's easier to remember if I take it in the morning or evening.

I know it's a silly question and everyone's different but girls who are on the pill, when do you take it?

I always take it in the morning, that way if you forget you still have time to remember before it's too late. if you take it before you go to bed, you can fall asleep and completely forget about it.

For me the morning is the best, i put it next to my toothbrush and never forget!!

Even on weekends when i sleep late it is only about a 2 hour difference!!

But if you don't brush your teeth every morning you will have a problem!!

My sister takes hers in the evening, she has the alarm on her phone set to the time she must take it, and that is how she remembers , She always has her phone on her , without a doubt!! ;)

The best for you ,would ve to find a time of day that you have some sort of routine and a time that you know that everyday you will be awake!!!!

my sister takes her's at 7 just after dinner she puts an alarm on her phone and it goes off every night to remind her

I take mine in the morning just before I go out , that way I dont forget,I think the best way to decide when to take it is to think of something you do at roughly the same time every day and take it then, its easier to remember if you can associate (sp?) it with something else you'd never forget to do

It just depends whether you're a morning or night person really. I take mine 8 at night because I always seem to remember it then. If I took it in the morning I think I'd forget it as I always seem to be in a rush then. So basically when you're less rushed I'd probably say

Well I took my first pill yesterday morning (after my period arrived 5 days late, MAJOR PANIC!), think that's the easiest.

:yes: That's when I take mine. I don't take it in the morning cos sometimes I get up late so it wouldn't be that reliable, I take it around 8, half 8 in the evening cos I'm more like to remember it then as I'm less rushed.

I take mine at 10 every nite and i set the alarm on my cell so i can remember to take it! And the ppl that i am usually with will remind me to take it also! It helps to have ppl remind you!

My girlfriend only just started taking it last week.She takes it in the evenings.And only on her 3rd day me and her had a big argument cos she was in a state she forgot to take it and went work so she didnt take it!
