Mens health magazine (http://www.menshealth.co.uk) has most of the basic stuff in video format on their site...

I find Mens Health sucks ass... They keep contradicting themselves one month to the next then go through the same cycle time after time. I stopped getting it ages ago. Anyone that promotes Get A WashBoard Stomach In 5 Minutes A Day needs a kick in the nads... Anyway rant over...

Kid With Problems. An excellent website (part of a workout competition and book) is www.bodyforlife.com

On there it goes through a good exercise regime, eating regime (not a diet! Just proper eating - and lots of it!) and general fitness thang... it also has photos and descriptions of the exercises they recommend, all of them are designed for home use or show exercises that work out the basic muscle groups in your body that can be done with a barbell, set of dumbbells, a bench and a floor matt (stomach exercises)

I followed this workout/eating pattern for 2 1/2 months (it says to try to go for 3 months) and I lost about 8% body fat and gained about 3/4 stone of good quality lean muscle... awesome and gradual way of doing things that you can keep doing...

Give it a shot and let me know how you get on!
