I've read on here a few times 'we were shite' :mad: thats a fucking statment born out of idiocy, we were not shite, we lost by one goal, which was a fucking mis-hit jammy free kick, they got reduced to ten men and played almost perfectly and full credit to them for that. At the end of the day we weren't good enough to break them down, but to say we are shite as a result angers me, we gave it our best shot and we weren't quite good enough. I'm proud of the boys and what they achieved, it a young side and all Sven has always maintained 2006 is the target, the team will be pretty much identical minus Seaman and will be 4 years better off.

Although some on here have decided to lay into the lads, i'm proud of them and will be behind them in Portugal and then Germany.l

Anyway, my twopenny worth was that we weren't outplayed but just weren't good enough on the day. It happens and no-one can say that Brazil aren't an excellent team....
