I've been to Newquay a few times before but have not stayed in any of the youth hostels there. I'm trying to get some late bookings in for July for me and some friends.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any reccomendations?
These are some hostels/lodges I have found on the internet:

Fistral Surf Lodge
Home Surf Lodge
Budget Surfers Hotel
Aquashack Surf Lodge
Base Surf Lodge

(we're not actually surfers but these places are for backpackers, tourists, travellers too etc)

Has anyone been to any of these or anywhere else in Newquay?

I live in torpoint (you may come this way if you go on the ferry) which is in Cornwall although it is quite far from newquay i go there with my family for a day out i stayed there for three days when i went on a trainer/demonstartor course and stayed in the cumberland hotel. that was very nice although its not what you are looking for.

I hope you have a great time :)
