www.efit.com (http://www.efit.com)
on the left side midway down the page is a body mass index calculator- this will tell you how healthy your weight is for your height.
this is only a rough estimate because of differences in people, ie. your frame, muscle build, etc.
edited b/c I'm an idiot and can't tell my left from my right <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

BMI calculators are apparently not 'suitable' for under 18's, however it's your best bet if you want to know 'averages' and healthy weight ranges.
Height/weight charts are ok if you happen to be an entire population but don't tend to lend themselves too well to individuals.

As miss Quoted said, at the age of 14, a bmi chart doesn't have too much relevance. You are far better of speaking to a doctor who will know the average sorts of weights/heights.

whoops
yeah, alistair and missquoted are right, I should have read your profile first
BMI is only intended for fully grown adults. If you're 14 don't worry about it so much b/c you're still growing and will go through a lot of changes yet.
