As I approach middle age (I am 26!), I have recently taken to a weekly game of social squash and, I must say, I really rather enjoy it....

At the risk of receiving very little or, indeed, no interest in this post, what are everyone's thoughts on squash??

what a load of bollocks, depending on how it is played it can work the hell out of you, probably giving someone more exercise than you have ever had in your life. I have only played it a couple of times, but really enjoyed it.

Don't be so quick to badmouth other sports.

I played squash for half hour a while ago with a mate. Neither of us played before we just thought it would be a laugh.

I, and others, regard myself as very fit (10 miles a week plus football) and I must say that after the half hour I was knackered with a capital F.

Good game though and we picked it up quickly. Wish I could play more often really...
