This one has been answered a few times, here are a few links:

How can I put on weight? (http://www.thesite.org/cgi-noperl/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=7&t=000551)

Underweight (http://www.thesite.org/cgi-noperl/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=7&t=000472)

As for arms, I would do a program of weights, doing things such as bench press (Chest) Lat pulldown (shoulders), bicep curls, Tricep presses, bench presses and overhead press. These should increase your size around the shoulder/chest/arm area.

If you need any more help or explanation just ask - me or USC Alex will be glad to help

Back and shoulders - the delta that spreads out from the neck, andd you use stabilising muscles in your shoulders

I can solve both easily.

This requires absolute dedication and will cost you but the benefits will be obvious in no time.

Every night you need to visit the pub and drink several pints of beer/lager. This will ensure the additional weight gain you seek... The beauty is that the very act of raising the glass to your mouth is the same as the arm curls in the gym, especially when you consider the weight of the beer in the glass...

An added benfit is that you can test your new found strength against the other pub regulars by challenging them to arm wrestling contests on a regular basis...

I did quite a bit during wednesday afternoon and during wednesday night.

Oh, and on thursday night after working for 13 hours decorating my old flat in London we went to a McDonald's on the way home.

Walked up to the counter and ordered:

1 Supersize Megamac meal
1 Supersize Mc Chicken Premier meal
2 Supersize milkshakes
2 Hot apple pies.

She took the order, took my money, gave me the stuff and then looked at the next person in the queue. "erm sorry, that's just my food, my mate here needs to eat aswell."

The look on her face was priceless

Operation Fat Bastard is well on the way to success
