just wondering if anyone has used a yoga video before or if anyone had any recomendations? or know which are good and bad?

Yoga videos are quite good if you want to exercise in the comfort of your own home.

The thing with yoga is, you can't really to too sure you're doing it 'correctly' which means you may not get the best benefit from it.
If it's possible for you, I'd say go to a few classes first, you'll learn the basic principles and stances and it can help you to get the hang of it before attempting it at home.

If you want a yoga video, I'd go with one by an actual yoga teacher. The celebrity ones irritate me beyond all belief - I'm more inclined to switch off and have a hob-nob and cup of tea instead.

lol yeah ive been going to classes with mixed yoga and pilates for the past term but i cant do it at home because i forget the routines! so i thought a video would be good to do it along to
