Hey guys! I am travelling to Chicago in November I have the tickets and everything apart from a hostel does anyone know of any cheap but cheerful hostels in Chicago? We are hoping not to spend more than $17 a night! Cheers Be jamming! <IMG alt="image" SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0">

I don't know if they'll tell you truthfully or not, but try to ask the people who run the hostels how safe the area is. Chicago is one of the most dangerous cities in America. Don't mean to put a damper on what should be a very fun trip...it just might make it more fun. Try the Wrigleyville area if you can.
