Yeah, I get that message a lot.
When someone gets banned (for being an arse usually) their I.P. number gets banned.
This is ever-so-pointless as most people don't have static I.P's cos we're on crappy dial-ups and get assigned a random I.P. every time we connect.
Soooo, if your I.P. matches one that was previously banned, you get that message.

We don't ban by that method anymore, but I know the IP problem still happens. We're trying to sort it all out...so sit tight. If that happens log off and log on again and it should be OK.
