annoying flatmate

hi im presently livivng with two girls one of them is my best mate who i get on with fine but its the other girl that we both have a problem with. we really dont want to live with her next year because she never pulls her weight around the house even though she always says that she will do but we dont know how to tell that we dont want to live with her next year without offending her or hurting her feeling any suggestions??

Please tell her, the sooner the better or she is gonna go round with the false sense of security that she has a house and when u tell her she is gonna have a job finding 1.
Fair enough if u don't wanna live with her but give her enough time to find somewhere else
