Bloody 'ell, when are people gonna stop posting advertising on these boards??!!

Smiler, it's darn lovely that you're keen to promote the site you work for, but these boards aren't really the place for it.

Maybe you could redeem yourself by posting the addresses of some other good football sites. Or will you get fired for that ;-)

How 'bout this idea - we create a forum called "Blatant advertising plugs" where users can promote their sites, clothing ranges or services to their hearts content.

Comments?

If I was just after getting plugs for my company then I could just bomb every newsgroup/forum going.I just happen to like the site and it gives a comprehensive coverage of all sports.

Other football sites I look at include http://www.football365.com http://www.matchon.com

If its cricket your after look no further than this site - http://www-uk.cricket.org/

Is there a problem directing people to sites that may be of interest to them? Are there better sites? If so then I'll take a look at them as well and make up my own mind on which one I stay with - as it stands at the moment I've got my favourite and as I like all sports - its the one I'll stay with and promote until a better one comes along.
