I prefer playing games on the PC because the graphics are just breathtaking! They are cheaper and we don't need to buy a new PC to play the latest games.

I dunno since I got my new PC, that can actually run games... I just stopped playing comp games totally... seem to bore me now... think I'm getting old.

My brother's got a PS2 & the graphics are awasome.

I prefer consoles because I like the controllers and the fact that they are so easily acessable.

PC's are better for some games...check out Halflife...of course they've also got multiplayer advantages (Net/LAN). Also, the graphics / sound is much better on a high-class PC than any console.

The drawback's are price, and 'out-of-the-box' playability. I have a playstation, N64 and a PC, and find myself playing playstation / N64 with my mates, and PC on my own.

Gonna get a Playstation2 soon, or might wait for the X-Box (can't really trust Microsoft though!), but i recommend PC if you can afford a decent system.

You can get controllers for PCs, and Microsoft are even getting thier act together on making them work for games.

The cost of a PC is hopeless if you're just going to use as a console, but if you need it for other things it doesn't cost much to keep it up to scratch for games.

If sony were a little more cooperative, you'ld be able to play playstation games on PC. As it is it seems sony sue you if your player gets too good.

You can apparently play N64 games, but only if you can get someone to give you a software copy of the cart.

3 things why PC is better than consoles: 1) graphics 2) Illegal pirates 3) you can surf with it

you can get illegal copies for playstations too. okay so you have to have it chipped which can mess it up... but then you can also play cheap imports! the process is a little different for copying psx games, my dad cant do it! anyone got any tips on how they copy psx games? and what progs etc? purely an academic question of course <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif">
