Anyone seen the Virgin Suicides? (movie)

I can't decide whether its supposed to be serious or its REALLY taking the piss.

You know in the states there is probably a big suicide scare because people think its suggestive or something. (They were blaming more teen murders on Scream 3 when it came out.) Actually...its really scary to think that people could be that prone to suggestion.

I loved Virgin Suicides. I thought it was supposed to be seious, but obviously, with its humorous bits.

I also think that blaming suicides/murders on films is just trying to pass the blame.
