Buying music on-line

A gripe. Weeks ago I ordered some CDs on the net through a website. What a sham. Oh sure, they took my money, but have the cds arrived? my arse, they have. i've emailed them three times asking where they are and no response.<P class="body">anyone know what i can do about this? makes me think this ecommerce thing is complete crap.<P class="body">

I am intrigued by this internet buying thing. I haven't tried it yet, but there seem to be some really tempting offers around. I have found one website where you can get any of the Top 75 albums on CD for just £8.99 including free UK delivery.<P class="body">Has any one ever got any CDs that they ordered, or has anyone else been "conned"?<P class="body">Let me know...

I don't think it's a matter of people being "conned" - more to do with slack business practices. Fullfilment of orders isn't something most small companies are prepared for. And if they do it wrong, they're in deep trouble. <P class="body">As a customer, if I haven't got what I ordered quickly, then I wouldn't go back and order again.<P class="body">I've bought CDs from Amazon before and they came in good time.

When i order stuff of the net i always use companies that are reputable offline as well in the real world, apart from amazon who are excellent when it comes to delieveries and customer service.
