Year 10 Options

I just got my year10 options choice sheet and i gotta do:

English
Maths
Science
A Language
Tech
PE
PSE
RE


Ive got 2 options from:


Art
Child Development
Drama
Buisness Studies
Economics
Geography
History
A second Language
Music
GCSE PE
Additional Science


So i was just wondering what everyone took, what it was like, or what they are going to take. Cause im stuck and dunno what i gonna do, and i only got 2weeks to decide!!!

We had to do:

English
Arabic
Maths
Science (single or double - I chose double)
History or Geography - I chose history
Maths
English (language)

as well as all those I'm doing:

French
I.T.
English literature
and Art

oh, and two lessons of P.E. a week

what makes it harder is that I am in the top set for every subject, which means I have to complete the eglish GCSE course in 5 lessons a week instead of 7, French in 3 lessons a week instead of 5, and at the end of it I have to take all the higher level exams! <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/frown.gif">

I do drama and geog out of those, geog is alot of work, loads of case studys to remember ans shit, but it looks good when applying to colleges and uni's, i took ity cause i wanted a hard subjest, so it would look better, but i wish i hadnt, im on course for a B, but its these gay case studys. And drama is well piss, the exma is piss easy, easy A, but i am one of the best in my group, cause ive acted in a few shows before. And i really enjoy it. But GCSE PE is harder than u think, my mates say it is hard becuase of all the theory, but if u like sport and are ok at biology then go for it, i should have done it, i would have got an A. oh well, and im doing business studoes for A level, i wish i had the options u had. Mine were crap. Well hope it helped

double science(they were gonna throw me in triple, but the head decided that he wasnt gonna pay a teacher to teach that class)
short course welsh
one PE lesson a week
religious studies(short course RE)
then on the ones i had a choice with i did...
drama (creative box)
office applications (technology box)
sociology (humanities box)
spanish (languages box)
plus theyre making me do full course RE two lunchtimes a week which is bloody fantastic(please insert sarcasm here).

i done all of the subject you have to do and gcse pe and child care! pe is just fab loads of running about and stuff!!

I chose childcare and drama...I loved them both but it depends what you like doesn't it? I love acting and wanted to work with children, so they were perfect for me!

We never got a choice of child development!

Geography is REALLY hard though & u have 2 do loadsa work 4 it!

History (modern world, Russia)
Geography

I could have done PE (but I'm crap at Biology) and/or Drama but decided against them.

Classics is basically Latin, Greek, stuff like that I think, although they don't offer it at my school so I'm not an expert <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif">
