Interview hair

Hello people... I just got an interview at Lloyds TSB... question is, do you think I need to get my hair cut or just tied back? a picture of my current hair is available here (http://www.dalerichards.com/dale.jpg).

they're gonna let me know the outcome by post within the next 10 working days!

also, i asked the interviewer about my hair, and she said that in this day and age, it doesn't matter a damn (or words to that effect), as long as it looks neat and tied back like it was.
