growing shrooms...

i've read a few sites about growing your own but it seems difficult (as everything has to be dust/germ free, as it won't work).. does anyone know if it's as difficult as it seems? has anyone tried?

also, the seasons coming so anyone got any stories from past pickings? i live where theres loads of fields about where everyone looks... but last year i coulndt be bothered to get up that early (unless it was a night out before)..
