Hooray! At last we're going to be able to still get a drink at a reasonable time in Britain. Pubs will be able to open 24 hours or so we're told. Or not maybe. It's up to the councils to decide what pubs can open at what times. Bastard councils could pick on certain places. Will be intersting to see what happens.

Is it not obvious?<P class="body">Councillor "Fat Tony" (Lab) takes bribe from "Dave Random" (Landlord of the "Black Cat and Tosspot") to make sure his is the only pub in the "Leweshum" (In no way related to Lewisham, or its allegedly "corrupt" councillors) area to open past 11.
