Ouch! It Hurts

Okay I`ve been having this little, or not so little, problem lately. After about 30mins of sex, it starts to hurt me majorly. I`m male so this thing is not normal.
The bugger goes bloodshot inside and it really hurts to go anywhere near it the next day.
I`ve managed to hide this from my girlfriend so far but I don't think I can manage it for much longer.

don't hide it from your girlfriend, she'll understand i'm sure. i'd go to the doctor and check it out...

I can't really do anything but agree.
If you're intimate enough for sex, then she should definitely understand.
