HEADACHES

Ok people that read my journal know I get these bad headaches. I have one now in fact, has lasted for a hours now it's not very strong but still bugs me. All my headaches last hours some all day. I get them cause: the sun, a stronge smell (perfume stuff like that), when i'm stressed, when not driveing but in a car, and just sometimes I can be perfectly fine and just get one that will just kill my day.

I have tried asprin it's just as effective as eating tic tacs (theses little breath mints that look like pills) I have gone to the doctor he told me I had tention headaches just try to calm down and when I got the headaches take these. Gave me these little white pills (no idea where the bottel is now so don't asked what they r called) So I tried them they work sometimes, sometimes they don't.
I HATE taking pills, I mean no matter how small I have very hard time taking them ok so here is the question

you can get codeine in the soluble state as codus

it's a good pain killer, weaker than morphine but along those lines

My doc' gives me tablets called Tylex they are the strongest you can get without being in hospital and send me to sleep but i have miraines that give me varying degrees of paralasis and fainting/blackouts if the head gets to bad. have you tried nurafen meltlets they contain ibrubrofen (Spelling may be wrong) and simply melt away in your mouth and they don't taste to bad either. they are probably called something else in the states i think you can look it up though, they work ok for me if i've been on the PC for to long

Well ive had a headahce for two years (i have ME) so i pretty much know everything about them! you could try a homopathic cream thing that you rub in if u don't wanna take tablets lavender's good or i have this cusion thing that heats up in the mirco wave that helps a little for my head other than that i can only sujjest ibprofen tho it doesn't work that well for me!
