The last time I watched a nature prog while I was eating my dinner, a small bird was feeding its young on screen. Then there was a closeup of its cute little beak and the narrator started going on about it feeding "regurgitated partly-digested insects to the chicks". And that was the last time I put an animal documentary on at the same time as having a meal! Bleurgh!

I deleted that post, Daze because the replies just became too offensive.

Believe it or not it did start out to be educational and when I first posted it, it was not a piss-take. But I guess ppl felt the need to make disgusting jokes about something they didn't really understand.

I didn't mind too much until the talk about aborted feotuses. Personally I don't really see the relationship between that and mother's eating their placentas. A placenta was never a living animal <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/frown.gif">

Actually, I am surprised that other anti-abortionists in here haven't already said something about that nasty joke and also remember that there are members in here that have lost pregnancies.

I hope that's all that needs to be said on the matter.
