Does anybody you know suffer from IBS?

Is it difficult to find a sympathetic GP?
Have you found anything that helps to reduce the attacks?

Yeah i suffer from that.. i took asacol for awhile. It just caused more problems so now i just take herbs and eveyrthing seems to be under control now if i just eat healthy foods and take the herbs and vitamins. but occasionally ill have a flare up. it is horrible tho. hopefully a cure will come soon. the colonoscopy SUCKS it hurts so bad. so what r u experiences with this?
