I need some advice. I am 19 years old, approaching 20 and still virginal (huh!)... I am told that I am good looking and I have many female friends, yet I am terrible at picking up the small signals and glances that women apparently give me (or so I am told by some good friends)....

There's a girl I like at the moment but if I get talking to her, I can speak to her in a friendly kind of way yet nothing more, if I feel I'm getting close to her, I back off - dunno why. It must feel to her as if I'm totally not interested which couln't be further from the truth!!! I guess I'm scared she thinks I'm encroaching on her personal space - is it me or is the whole dating and mating game a lot more complicated than it seems to be made out? Some people are naturals, me I'm not.... Can anyone tell me what to look out for e.g. next time I go out clubbing or pubbing???

Thanks a lot, I don't normally like to rant about stuff but advice would be appreciated!

Anyway when i was 15 I was basically the village bike-everyone had rided me.I regret it now I really do. I hate myself for jumpping int o things.
I hope u dont rush into it and a guy i no made his female friend consume alot of alchol and then had sex with her. Never ever take advantage of a girl because it is cruel.If i was u i would keep looking for a girl andf one day ypou will have great, great sex with a woman!

Sorry to ask but maybe you are loooking for the wrong person. Maybe you are gay - that is not a problem many gay people are dead gorgous and hunky and if u think u r maybe that has been the problem. Lots of luck babe talk to u soon

Your 19 and still a virgin, so what! Whats the big deal. I am and it don't bother me one bit. If I were you I would just start being a little more flurty with this girl, little things like tickling her and complimenting her. Look out for things like, if she keeps touching you for no reason[on the arm, leg or if she hits you] These are things I have found to be signs but girls are different so don't take this as gospel. Be a bit more confident but most of all be yourself. If your not yourself then you will just find a girl that you won't be happy with. Also don't put sex on such a pedastal or you will just end up shagging the first girl that lets you. Pier pressure is such a git and makes you do things just to fit in. Well I hope you make progress with this girl and you get it together! Good luck.
