Could someone please help me !<P class="body">I am an uncircumcised man and I have a problem.<P class="body">When I have an erection I can't pull my foreskin over the head of my penis BUT
If I don't get an erection I can pull my foreskin back - once I pull it back and THEN get an erection it stays back but can be quite painfull (although bareable).<P class="body">Please help..

Hiya mate,
listen, my mate had this same problem. Basically you need to get circumsised because otherwise the end of your penis could baloon up because your uretra gets blocked. It is apparently one of the most painful things that can happen to a bloke!! Go and see a sympathetic doctor and don't do that pulling the foreskin back first thing, bacause you may tear the skin. OUCH!!

Circumcision is a real drastic measure and most docs would only reccommend this as a last resort. You need to see either a sympathetic GP or go to your local STD clinic. This is anonymous and they will be able to refer you to a specialist - do this first before you start to worry about having your tackle chopped about!
