look ur ovbiously worried, so u probably dont feel ready yet, i think it might be betta if u wait, anyways my ex g/f wasnt a virgin but bleed once and it was a bit sick but ok, to clean sheets just use warm water and a sponge, comes right out, or just put an old (clean) towel under ur bum incase u do bleed. and u wont bleed loads, just a bit, its not like ur cutting a vein, it'll be say if u feel over and just cut ur leg a tad type bleeding probs, better to ask the girls on this one!
