Lack of motivation

For the past 5 months or so ive just had no motivation at all..even with coursework at school i just cant seem to get it done. Like earlier today i opened word to do some photography coursework and i closed it with in 5 seconds because i have no motivation i cant seem to stick at it i just think "This is crap ill go do something else"

any ideas what causes it?
