how to get hair like this

im sick of having my hair either straight, nothing done to it or up. i want hair like this and have tried with curling tongs but to no avail. perhaps rollers are the answer? and if so, how do i use them to get curls like this?

You could try getting it like that with heated rollers. Or you could use your straightners to curl it.

curling tongs should work but u have to use hairspray, it helps if ur hair isn't freshly washed too.

I think the easiest way would be heated rollers, maybe with a touch of mousse?
