Lower back triage

Has anyone ever been referred to this? I saw my GP this morning and asked them if there was anything that could be done for my back as I'm getting fed up of paying and travelling a stupid amount to see my osteopath only for the pain to return the next time I lean a little funny. If you've been to it, what's it like? What should I expect? How long is a session?

Triage is usually an assessment type thing rather than a treatment as such.
