Here's a pretty good offer from youth volunteering charity v:

v is the name of the independent charity championing youth volunteering in England and exists to inspire a new generation of young volunteers (aged 16-25) in England and enable a lasting change in the quality, quantity and diversity of youth volunteering.

The vcashpoint scheme is giving away £1 million to 16-25 year olds in England who want to set up their own volunteering project in their community, and you could get your hands on up to £2,500.
