I posted the following on another forum I post on:
I got myself a Samsung J600 just over 6 weeks ago. I charged it up 4 weeks ago and on Friday when I turned it on, it came up as there only being one bar of battery left. I turned it on sometime Friday evening/Saturday morning and it came up as three bars. (full battery)
I've charged it up completely and have made sure it was completely dead (there's a message that comes up telling me to charge my battery when it's about to go) before charging it. So, any ideas what I've done? Also, how do I stop this happening?
I got told it was possible that I may have been given a faulty battery. The phone itself (camera, video playback, MP3 player, calls/text messaging) is working fine.
If I take my phone back to O2 and tell them what's wrong, what are they likely to do?
