Personally, I say good on her!

For what, exactly? Staying alive?

Exactly. Why not?

Exactly. Why not?
Well it doesn't exactly require great skill to carry out.

So, for instance, you never congratulate anyone on, say, their birthday? After all, there is no skill in getting older.
If you just don't like her, fair enough. I just happen to.

You congratulate someone on getting pregnant or achieving something, not for having managed to cross the road properly/not choke on their food/not catch on fire for a year.

So you don't conragtulate someone on their birthday then.

No.
EDIT: Thinking back, I can't really think of anyone that does.

Its funny that. I have the word 'Congratulations' on loads of my 21st birthday cards.
I do think one good thing about having a King or Queen is it brings a sense of stability to a nation - Prime minsters will come and go and it seems like the major parties all seem to change their leaders every year these days.
A King or Queen is in it for the long haul and can be a good ambassador for a country.

I agree. Spain, Norway etc have a good relationship with their Royal families and I know some changes need to be made, but I don't see why we can't too.
