Hospital Complaint.

I want to complain about the HIV clinic i go to. I'm supposing i need to write to the head of the department and the head of the hospital. What's the title of the head of the hospital chief administrator or whatever ?

Usually complaints go to the complaints department, or PALS.

I've got no idea what the title would be if you wanted to send it to the head honcho rather than to complaints.

You should be able to ring the switch board on the main hospital number and they can tell you who to complain to.

I'd go to PALS, they will be able to talk you through the complaints process.

Allegedly (please someone correct me if I'm wrong) if you ring NHS direct, they can help you with who you need to complain to in your area/with the specific clinic, and give you contact details etc :)
