Save the Maudsley Emergency Clinic, London

The Psychiatric Emargency Clinc at Maudsley is facing immediate closure as a result of Primary Care Trust spending cuts. The Maudsley Clinic is the only national 24-hour emergency clinic for mental health service users. This is putting lives a risk - meaning long detentions in police cells for those whose only 'crime' is to be in mental health crisis. This closure will effect all of us - not just mental health service users.
