I can tell already its just another crap remake. When will they learn to just leave the originals an original. So sad.

I'm a bit fed up of films these days. Unfortuantely, because the production costs are so high as viewers expect a fairly high level of 'polish', producers need to go with tried and tested franchises that garuntee a return. The same thing is happening with the computer games industry, there is a real lack of innovation (well, not so, but it's not reaching the shelves because nobody with money wants to know - but slap lord of the rings on any old rubbish and they'll give you millions).

But you do get a few gems from time to time.
