i shaved my eyebrows about 3/4 months ago, and for the last month or so, i have had to shave it everyday to keep it low, it grows back really quickly now, and people have noticed...i regret doing that....my friend plucked his. Can you pluck a stubble?

If the tweezer can grab it, you can pluck it.

Sounds gross but sometimes you have to dig around to get the root. Doesn't draw blood and just slightly cracks the skin.
