Looking for clothes for tall guy, dunno how tall 6'4" maybe taller. 36" waist. He needs new everything including:
non ankle flapper jeans
non-denim casual trousers
long sleeve teeshirt that reaches end of arms
tee shirt
jumper, with long enough sleeves
zip up, cardigan type jumper thing.
Any good shops to go to? Non internet ones preferably.
I would say Primark but ever time I go in there there's nothing my size. There xxl in reality is only a medium. lol
May only be my local store, worth to have a look.

I wonder that. I have got a small build and even the lean body mass I have no where comes close to an xxl. Or shouldnt comes close.
And no lipsy, my bf is relatively low and average. ;)

maybe you're wearing clothes that are too big for you! theres nothign worse than a guy who wears baggy clothes, like huge tshirts that just hang.

lol no, I wear comfortably fitting cloths that are not baggy and certainly not tight.

Tesco stuff tends to be quite good, so does Next.
I've not had any problems with Primark stuff, and I'm not a small man.

It doesn't really matter where you go. I'm 6'5 and can get clothes to fit me anywhere.

Katralla, you tried High and Mighty? (http://www.highandmighty.co.uk/)
ETA: They're not just online, they do have stores too.
Oh, I was just trying to remember them! I saw one of their shops when I was getting lost on my way to the thing I went to in Southampton yesterday, and thought of this thread. Their stuff looked quite nice from my peer throught the window :)

High and Mighty looks good. I'm surprised at the big blokes saying it's not difficult to find clothes, maybe my mr.Lanky just isn't trying hard enough!

hmmm im 6'2" and 34/36" waist and dont have any problems find clothes in any highstreet shop or supermarket, i suggest you get him trying a few more bits on. for those measurements you list he shouldnt really need a specialist big person retailer thats for sure.
the jeans i currently have on are a 36" waist and long leg, and they are too long if anything, so im sure they'd fit fine on your bloke.
only prob i've ever had is that some shirts can be a tad short, but thats very rare, theres always somethign that fits.
happy shopping!

Aye, this has really raged me as of late. More shops need to do more slim fit vintage style T's, instead of the huge ass baggy ones with sleeves that come down to your elbow and hang away out. Buying T's online is a fucking pain in the arse with this as well since you need to sit and PURE study the pictures to make sure they're not shite.
Makes you look like a wee boy wearing yer da's clothes, like.

Ha ha, whatever you say bean pole. But yeah, like I say, perhaps my friend is just making bad shoopping choices. He has the jumper that's on the first page of high and mighty websiote and the sleeves are too short, but I haven't looked what size it is. do all you over 6'4"s automatically buy xxl then?

It's possible to have low body fat and high muscle so therefore making him bulky (hehe lovely choice of word)

im 6'4". quite thin.
that high and mighty shop is really for people taller than me and for quite fat people. yeah, im tall...but im normal tall.
i used to buy xl clothes all the while, but they were baggy. i used to buy overly baggy jeans, but now i just get 34"W 32"L and they fit better. i buy mediums/large shirts (cos im skinny) and they also fit better.
i find the s/m/l/xl sizes relate more to weight than height.

My brother is 6'2" and has to buy XL for the length to be right when he's only really a L.
