I hate it when people don't respond to texts, specially if they're invited out to parties n dinner n things...i just think it's polite to respond you know? i always respond when people ask me, so why the hell can't they?
n i hate it when people just hang around you when they feel like it, but then they just ignore you .....i know i'm being too sensitive...but i just need to rant...

Texts don't have to be replied to straight away, If you want a quick answer from someone then you should always ring them. EASY !!

I read a text sometimes when im busy n think ooh ill reply later when not busy/know what my answer will be. I sometimes forget or my mind tricks me into thinking I did reply, then i wait for them to respond to my non existant text.

 I may be a text queen but would hate if people tried to make plans via text. If its something important pick up the phone. I wouldn't reply to a text that tried to make plans either.

Guilty. I had a good reason though... I had to hide behind technology. :flirt:
That's just sad. :(

In answer to the thread, the previous posters are right. Always call if you want an immediate answer :thumb:

Yeah it doesn't help when they don't answer the phone. I know someone who has showing strong signs of Schizophrenia (he smokes alot of Marijuana) and he has become so paranoid and just generally wierd that he doesn't answer ANY phone calls if he doesn't recognise the number or even if he isn't expecting someone to ring him. He dis-connects his house phone sometimes to avoid people ringing him and is too scared to set foot in any pub or even socialise with any people other than a few of us.
He can be a right cunt to get hold of when you're planning something!

I get seriously annoyed if people don't respond to my texts when it's pretty obvious they have read them. Even worse when I text them, ring them to find out an answer several hours later and they don't even bother to answer the phone.

^^^
In circumstances like that I think I would take a very loud and clear hint and not bother to contact them again :thumb:

You know what I hate?
People who fucking text me, expecting replies instantly.
If you want an answer, make a call, its not rocket science.

I hate this. I reply when I'm good and ready, not straight away when I'm doing stuff. I'm also not that fussed if I don't get a reply straight away - yes, it would be nice to have one but I don't expect it.
