Just died my hair a lighter blonde cos it goes really dull in winter.

Result = Yellow/orange.

Just slapped on a shiiiite load of toner and am going to sit with it on for a week, I reckon :(

UGH. I complained so much about my hair. But now I just want my lovely natural blonde back. :(

Am so angry with me.

Not quite what I had in mind but at least I can step foot out the house.

My hair went bright orange when I tried to lighten it a few years ago. Everyone told me that I didn't leave the bleach on for long enough, apparently it goes orange 1st and then blonde. Since then I tried highlighting my hair and the highlights turned orange too so I left the bleach on for longer, after about 2 hours I realised that it wasn't going to go blonde, it just stayed orange! I don't know why, I think my hair is just stubborn! But I've promised myself that if I want my hair lightening fro now on that I will go to the hairdressers or just leave it alone!

Hmmm where did you get the toner from? I love it when my hair is platinum blonde after I've dyed it, but come a couple of washes it loses its edge. Can you get this stuff from Boots?!

Yeh, I got it from boots. It basically just improves your blonde colour or lightens it a few shades. It's called BBlonde Toner by Jerome Russell. It washed out within 8 washed though, so I think it's just for sprusing it up every now and then when it gets dull. You can get different shades, too. I got 'Cool Chick Blonde'. I found it took a while to make a difference though. I didn't noticed a change when I blow dried it, but a few hours later, and the next morning it looked great.
