Crap internet connection

Anyone got any ideas what could be causing my internet connection to keep cutting out (only for about 2 mins) it keeps happening every 30 mins or so.

Its really annoying, it signs me out of messenger and wont allow me to move on web pages.

Any ideas guys ?

could be your service provider is doing maintenance...

ooor, your on a wireless network, but the signal strength is low.

Not sure what all this means, it wont allow me to change anything though?

Its a BT Voyager 220V wired router.

yeah Im with BT, fuckers shut down the internet all day on Tuesday. God I have never been so bored in my life.

I was calling their help line all night, only to be told they were too busy and couldnt answer my call!
