Where Can I Get This Repaired?

I apparantely have a loose screw in my MP3 player and need to get it sorted out, else the sound goes really funny. Where can I get this repaired please? It's made by Creative but I couldn't find anything on their website about repairs.

Can you get to the screw from outside? if so just try and do it yourself with a screw driver. otherwise http://uk.europe.creative.com/support/warranty/

Well, I'm just going by what my brother said he thinks it might be. However, he hasn't actually had a look at it or anything like that yet.
