I recently started doing volleyball with my uni team (my first competition coming up this weekend!) and since I only have running shoes and some cheap indoors I'm going to buy a pair of shoes intended for volleyball.
I've found some I like (asics) but I'm a bit lost when it comes to how they should fit right. I tried two sizes, one that fits snugly, overall doesn't hurt me but presses at my heels a bit. The larger is roomier and I get no pressure at the heel. But I'm not sure how roomy shoes like that should be.
I've had past experience of buying both too small and too big and with the price I might end up paying I do not want that to happen. Could anyone give me a little insight into what makes good indoor shoes good for their purpose?
