I normally have pasta for lunch and usually end up preparing it for myself. (Instead of buying a big tub of pasta that's already been cooked.
Now, I always follow the instructions on the packet and when I put it in the fridge, I always cover the bowl with cling film. The next day, the pasta is hard. Anyone know why?

if you put the pasta in a sauce before you refrigerate it, it should be fine.

yeah sprinkle some water on it, do you eat it hot or cold? put the water on it before you reheat it and the heat itself will also help it to soften

once it's cooked and drained, (but still hot) toss it in a little olive oil. That'll stop it sticking together so much. Also, it might be cos your fridge is a bit cold :)
