ive a bet with someone at work that drogba's goal against liverpool will win goal of the month and not van persie's. everyone ive asked so far says van persie.

am i the only one who thinks drogba's was better?

i think i'm going crazy!!!!

samaras' goal was quality, but it think it'll be between drogba and van persie. i guess i just like drogba's goal better.

btw ronaldo's goal was good, but riise v spurs was much better and that wasn't even on the list. a bit wierd.

I think Van Persies, also think it could be in with a shot for goal of the season. The difficulty of connecting with a volley like that is massive, his technique was perfect and he hit it sweetly, keeper had no chance.

I didn't notice at the time but yes why wasn't Riises goal on the list??

The thing with Van Persies goal was that although it looks spectacular! technique wasnt brill... i mean look at the slow mo replay, it comes off his SHIN!!! Well thats what MOTD said about it on the highlights, but what do they know eh! :confused:

Van Persie. Had to get infront of the defender and volley it from high up. Or at least it was the more technically skilled one.
