Absolutely gutting.

The man was, without a shadow of doubt, a complete legend. He really did have a bright future in the sport.

Will be very missed. Thoughts are with his family.

That's terrible. I don't personally follow snooker (unless I'm convinced to watch it, but even then I read a book) but I showed the boyfriend and he seemed completely shocked.

His poor family too. :crying:

Oh that's terrible news!! :( I too just thought he'd get better in the end. A decent fella, a decent player.. a total shame.

a long battle and yes i thought he'd beat it. poor man, a truly decent fellow with bags of tallent and a much better role model than any of the football crowd.

Puts things into perspective really, the young man had so much of his life ahead of him a potential world champion and he was also a dad.
