eBay - not paying invoice on time

Well my bank account has gotten in to a lot of debt and they won't let anything come out, eBay want want their 11 quid in 507 days and I am wondering what they will do if its not paid?

suspend your account unitl you've paid it off maybe? Or just ban you. Can u email, say you haven't got it and offer them 50p a week until it's cleared?

Ive had accounts before where i havent botherd paying. I just get a new account.
