Does anyone find that doing this makes them more umm moody etc?

This month my moods can be awfal, last time it was ok but the time before i was grumpy too. Related you think?

it shouldn't affect your moods but anything is possible. Certianally don't get anything like that with me gf (not that i've noticed)

Is there anything else that may be affecting your mood? Exams etc?

I'm too old for the exams ;).
I just feel like it's my hormones, i feel all greasy and yuck too just minutes after showering.

My PMS gets worse when I run 2 packs, so I try and do it ocassionally, when needs must etc.

When I was on the pill it affected my mood. It also made any aches and cramps worse.
