Charity Challenge

Has anyone been on any of the Charity Challenge expeditions? I may have the possibility of going on one and quite fancy the Icelandic Lava Trek but I just wondered how tough it actually is and how much training I might like to do?

Otherwise, anyone been to Iceland and can tell me a bit about it?
